Rather bland
Definitely not a four star experience or service. Rather bland and run off the mill. Wouldn’t consider visiting this hotel again.

Luxury hotel with great views
Excellent stay here. Very walkable and also great in and out parking garage underneath hotel. Staff was fantastic and suite was definitely worth the upgrade.

Amazing stay
Lovely location. I felt very safe. The room was nice and spacious. I love the interior of the hotel. In room dining was delicious. The staff was so kind. I will definitely come back!

Charles Hotel and Regattabar
We went to the Charles because we were attending the Regattabar located there. The hotel was pricey, but a decent value for Cambridge. The staff was very helpful, the room was beautiful. The show (Ron Carter) at the Regattabar was excellent.

Holiday get away
Perfect location. The hotel is clean, inviting, and elegant! Enjoyed my stay. Water pressure was great in the shower, bed was comfortable, and rooms were quiet.
