Definitely one to re visit
Excellent and relaxing break at the lovely rustic hotel. Good size room, comfy beds, great nights sleep, amazing shower, lots of stuff provided. All staff from room teams, to reception, to restaurant teams were brilliant. Happy, efficient and welcoming. Especially Michely- El Capitan, Natasha and Chielo - thanks for making our stay extra special. Lunches at the Jaima bar were excellent, fresh and plentiful. Now, this hill business. If you aren’t very mobile, it could be a challenge. If you can walk, it is not an issue. The gym is a bit small , but had reasonable equipment although missing a barbell and weights.

Excellent experience
We loved this hotel The staff are exceptional The facilities very good It was chilled and relaxed and what we loved was no bagging of sunloungers! The pool staff subtly removed towels where there had been no activity for a time especially from the Balinese beds. Breakfast buffet brilliant Egg station well frequented as so good We had a hot tub room which was huge The bed super comfy with a good array of pillows But what really made this such a good experience was the staff. They were quietly efficient And also the prices in the bar were so reasonable We had to pay €50 for a late check out but it was worth it Even here reception staff moved room allocation around to accommodate our request Can highly recommend and would happily return

A beautiful haven with wonderful staff
This hotel is magnificent in its space and structure and the quality of the interior design gives a very serene and cool ambience. But what really singles it out is the excellent staff. Every person we came into contact with in every area was extremely personable and couldn’t do enough for us. We received an invite through the door one evening to a feedback meeting with the guest services manager. We thought this a great idea and I found the managers genuinely do want to hear from the guests. Therefore I met with Qalid, a Guest Services Manager, to discuss things and he was a first class ambassador for the hotel. Although it isn’t an adults only place, it has quiet relaxation zones and it is possible to be separate. The spa was exceptional, as was my massage - first class. We were half board and the choice was overall very good. The entertainment varied in quality but there was always music at dinner. The only real criticism was having to pay for drinking water, after the first day. I don’t feel this is in line with what is otherwise a five star experience. I have never known such amazing water pressure! Showers were heavenly All on all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great hotel, helpful smiley staff.
We arrived on a Jet 2 package and upgraded at the hotel from a side sea view to a sea view room. The first thing about the hotel is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room although a little dated was huge with a big balcony overlooking the pools & sea, the bathroom was very well appointed with a big bath & separate multi jet shower cubicle also twin sinks. The bedroom had a comfortable 2M wide bed with pillow menu, there was a kettle, tea & coffee in the room too. There a 4 nice pools, heated to different temperatures, the warmest 2 nearer the spa were very warm, the pool area is nicely laid out with plenty of sun bed’s & umbrellas, waiters constantly monitor the area & brinks drinks & snacks to poolside. There are various Spa packages available we enjoyed an hour or so just in the warm spa pool with bubble jets at €15 each. The hotel is positioned at the top of a steady incline which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the promenade, it’s an ok walk if you are reasonably fit but if you don’t feel like walking taxis are fairly cheap at about €5 from Costa Adeje. The bell boy will get you a taxi from the hotel in minutes they are really helpful. We found the food offerings at the hotel a bit mixed which is the only reason I have not given this hotel 5 stars. The main thing we didn’t think was adequate was the lunchtime pool bar menu, I ordered Chicken Caesar salad a couple of times and the chicken consisted of a tiny amount of sliced deep fried chicken, on another occasion the fries were not cooked properly, we had good meals as well but they weren’t consistent. Breakfast served from 7-11 was good with loads of variety but the vegetables once displayed were not kept very warm, they were sometimes luke warm. They cook omelette & eggs to order which was nice. We ate at the hotel 2 evenings, once in the fish restaurant & once in the poolside grill, both these meals were really nice & reasonably priced. They serve a fillet steak in the fish restaurant which was superb. Drinks prices at the hotel are very reasonable as they are in the area.

Hotel and staff excellent could improve on buffet dinner menu food often cold and not to appetising breakfast no problem quite a long walk down to promenade
