Terrible condition room. Bedhead is falling apart, air-conditioner fan for heating was so rough and noisy it felt like the bed was vibrating, we could have been staying at an airport. Reception said “oh, we’re doing renovations”, but i see there is a review from a couple of months ago making the same complaints… so what does that tell you, they couldn’t care less. We won’t be back.

I had a wonderful vacation with a fantastic 4-day experience at the hotel. I received a warm welcome and was treated with great care by the staff. I was particularly impressed with Jackson Nguyen and his enthusiasm. Thanks for the experience.

We had a three day stay at Peppers with 3 families, from the moment we checked in we were met with incredible service from staff. The conditions are clean and well maintained and the staff in general were all very accommodating. James on check in was very helpful and the restaurant manager Saurav was beyond helpful and accommodating for our family. I would recommend this stay to anyone, great walking distance to all local scenes, including the museum (very short car ride to the zoo) city , war memorial etc. We will return again.

Nice, comfortable and quiet hotel in a good location. Good decor, spotlessly clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I only stayed one night and booked a small double room which was well planned out and suited my needs perfectly. Very comfortable and large bed too.

Woken up by a leafblower at 7.45 am. Absolutely incomprehensible that leafblowing can take place at this time around a hotel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and Australian National University but the morning noise is unacceptable.
