tasty, beautiful, fast!
We visited the Italian restaurant Chianti twice and were very pleased both times. Very tasty food! beautiful presentation. The service staff is excellent, respectful and attentive! We ordered coffee and were presented with an amazing show by the guy Yair! highly recommended!

Great resort with good food and amazing service
We had a great time at Grand Fiesta! Food was good and service was top notch. Despite us being the last few guests at dinner service, Pablo and Yair at Chianti went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was memorable! Our other favorite restaurant was La Joya. The Al pasto taco was chef kissed. We also paid $150/person to attend the Table show. Would not suggest it given the abundant good options elsewhere that doesn’t require extra charge. The food was quite bland, under whelming for the price. Show and service was just ok… Think this show was from a third party vendor and not part of the resort so the quality is not up to overall standard. Overall great memories. Would highly recommend!

Incredible Resort
This was the best resort my gf and I have ever stayed at in Cancun. The resort is beautiful with amazing housekeeping staff and servers. Jahdiel at Vina Del Mar for daily breakfast and Rene at the pool every day were our favorites and took incredible care of us. We would stay here again.

The best attention I have ever received, delicious dishes and excellent service. Waiters Pablo & a gabino 🙌🏻 The hotel provided us a great atmosphere, Excellent service in general, very good attention to the beach at the hotel and in the Italian restaurant

World class hotel
We visited for my 35th birthday and it was nothing short of spectacular. The service was world class amd attention to detail was great. The food everyday was good even the buffet. The food was fresh, the drinks were great, the hotel was clean and well kept. We tried each restaurant at night and every night we were blown away. Le Basilic was my favorite followed by La Joya were my favorites. La Bacilla had a 8 course meal with wine pairing for each meal which made ny birthday celebration spectacular. Gerardo was the manager but he made sure we were well taken cared of. At LA Joya Fernando was great. I have been to Mexico 5 times before and this hotel has the the bar for what I expect going forward. Make this a must for your trip....

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
