Amazing service and staff
The service was very attentive and prompt from the second we pulled up. Very clean and well kept resort. The staff was all amazing and very attentive and fun. Raymundo and Diego at the beach bar were the funniest and best bartenders ever made our trip so much more enjoyable! Would definitely come back just to see them!

The resort was wonderful. Lots of options for food and the restaurants were all so tasty and had lots of options. Raymundo and Diego at the bar on the beach were our favorite! We spent most of our day at the bar/beach with them. Beautiful views and a great time for me and my friends! Thanks especially to Raymundo and Diego!

The best service staff and bartenders - shoutout Raymundo and Diego at the beach bar. Super clean and overall such a great girls trip spot. The food was so good everywhere we went. They also were so helpful setting up our tour and worked so hard to get us into the one we wanted.

Professional and well trained staff, beautiful /well appointed grounds, facilities were excellent. Special mention to our Pool Waiter, Victoria. This young man worked hard to carry out the orders of his people. Very polite and very efficient.

Great Service!
I had an amazing time vacationing at this resort. The service was pristine from beginning to end. A couple people took the cake, though, namely Susi and Heidy. They were exceptionally kind, warm/friendly, detail oriented, and executed my orders at The Market Place with pride and excellence.
