The moment you arrive at Cap Maison Resort & Spa, located on the sublime island of Saint Lucia, you will feel as if you are a privileged castaway. The natural beauty and airbrushed ocean bluff setting is what makes this hideaway a true standout. The design is equal parts rustic and refined, coupled with Spanish-Caribbean flair. Behind a collection of white-washed structures are one, two and three-bedroom suites with varied floor plans that include split-level designs, spacious bedrooms and private rooftop pools. Folding doors push back to seamlessly mix the outside with the indoors. As for the views and service, both are deserving of high marks. The gardens are beautifully manicured and the secluded sandy beach, which rests several feet below, seems practically deserted even when the resort is at full capacity.

I visited this property at the end of August right before they closed for renovations. My initial plan was to say south at another popular resort, but I'm glad that we took the two hour commute up from the airport to spend some time here . I had some challenges, connecting with concierge and reservations on the front end and, but that was quickly reversed by the experience that I had with staff members Kevin, Kaisha and Veronica from. housekeeping When Kevin noticed that my emails were resolved relative to ranging some private tours, he jumped in prior to our arrival. We made sure everything was seamless from our airport transfer, VIP service and even looked out for us extensively while on the property. He even gave us a beautiful upgrade and had a genuine Interest in making sure that our vacation was perfect. I expected that he will be a member of the management team soon and hope that you can encounter him if you stay here. We attended the Friday night, fish fry, and the next day started to feel ill. The restaurant manager Kaisha as well as Kevin and my housekeeper jumped in to action. From the ginger tea, soup, different remedies they really looked after me. Being sick in another country is frightening, but these people went ABOVE AND BEYOND aid in my recovery. The naked fisherman restaurant is 97 steps down, but it was a easy 97 steps. Food was good. Everyone here is very friendly and goes about their way to make you feel welcome. The general manager even greeted us upon arrival and the owners were in and hosted the evening cocktail hour. Highly recommend taking some time to spend on the northern part of St. Lucia and choosing this property. THANK YOU KEVIN, KAISHA and VERONICA!❤️

Cap Maison was the hotel for playing the new Cabot St Lucia golf course. It is a short 15 minute drive away (the hotel will take you.) This hotel is the most relaxing, tropical, delicious food, truly friendly and attentive staff. We shared a 2 bedroom suite with friend, large living room, full kitchen, spacious outdoor porch, and small pool. Immaculately clean. We ate dinner first night on the beach, more casual and just a fun relaxed evening being 25 feet from the ocean. The next night dinner was in the main dining room, which is totally outdoors and spectacular view over the ocean to volcanic peaked islands. Food was the freshest fish and meats and produce, creatively served. Several dishes were truly Caribbean. Others just simple and delicious. We will return next year, looking forward to more time at Cap Maison!

We celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at Cap Maison, and it was perfect. The resort is very quiet—exactly what we wanted. Our spacious room was beautiful, and any small issues were quickly handled by the helpful staff. A special thank-you to Meithia, Sassy, Darrell, Valine, Priscilla, Ezra, and Jannin for making our stay unforgettable. Your kindness and hospitality truly made the trip.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in globally as it combines a superb position with excellent facilities and wonderful customer service. Each and every member of the team deserves applause, whether they be in the restaurants, on the beach, servicing rooms, in reception or maintaining facilities. Nothing was too much trouble and the most impressive feature was that everything was immediate - a request for additional minibar content was met with a tap on the door literally within a minute. As a family, we wanted a peaceful, relaxing time and the hotel worked very hard to achieve that. On one or two nights we had loud music across the bay (it was the annual Carnaval) but the hotel did their best to minimise the impact. As others have mentioned, all inclusive is definitely the best option with a wide range of meals and drinks available, not just the basics. The only challenge was trying the avoid eating and drinking too much! We had a baby with us and she was very well accommodated, thanks to the helpful staff. As we were in the off season the hotel wasn’t full, but the occasional shower didn’t worry us - in fact it was quite refreshing in the heat, so don’t be put off visiting the island at this time of the year. Rooms were very spacious and beds exceedingly comfortable. Plus our own pool was well used, particularly for the children. We would have no hesitation in recon Ending this place to friends

After a very social week at East Winds on AI we checked in at Cap Maison. A long lunch followed where we had a selection of dishes from the Cliff’s lunch menu and a nice selection of wines. The weather on arrival was stormy and one large crack of thunder right overhead had everyone jumping! Our room had been updated with a lovely bath replacing the old jacuzzi. Very high quality and I felt rather luxurious and definitely decadent sitting in it under the stars and early morning. . Getting in and out a bit of a challenge but I made it. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. I like the funky new telephones. Despite the heat, the sitting room was cooled by fans and a natural breeze. Lovely and relaxing. I would frequently get up early in the morning to hear the sounds of the birds at dawn and to record them in peace and quiet. . Housekeepers Sharon and Shaner looked after me well - even advising on dresses and repairs! I loved their sense of humour and I lacked for nothing. We had many good meals at the Naked Fisherman and at the Cliff. Standouts were the pork belly at the Cliff and the Jerk Pork at the evening BbQ at TNF. This year I was a lot fitter and it paid off as I could manage those stairs to the beach and back. Sometimes twice in one day! I also returned to diving after four years and used the services of Dive St Lucia/Scuba Steve. I was a bit nervous but the staff at Cap were all encouraging me. In “Deep Dive Day” I ordered a breakfast of a cheese and marmite sandwich and juice - delivered personally to reception by Alison. To be eaten later on the boat. 5 star service. and they even organised a chocolate plate with a message on it the evening of my safe return from the depths.! Sadly my mask was lost but found on very last day of our trip when I was sent a message when at the airport! I was impressed that the dive operation took the trouble to look for it . It is prescription and valuable to me. I will be reunited with it early next year when I return to the resort. . Due to a bad mossie issue we took retreat in the O bar after dinner rather than having our after dinner drinks at the Cliff Bar. The club atmosphere at O and honesty bar was welcome. We had one memorable lunch in the wine cellar with good friends overseen by the eloquent Harvey who was both informative re the wines and good fun with some truly appalling jokes! . A very unstuffy atmosphere and great company and “Shannigans” - nice food and wine pairing and good value. Staff were lovely and empathetic. They dealt brilliantly with one drunken guest one night without spoiling the fun of anyone else. Handled professionally and with care for all concerned. Well done! Long -term staff such as Deanna, Diana, Alison, Stacey, Roger and Robinson and now Taddy very much in evidence. Some nice new staff members too. Nice to see Deanna promoted. Taxi service Be aware that if you ask reception to book a taxi to your room there will be a service charge . We used the taxi service quite a bit so this mounted up. I think it may be cheaper to pay cash directly instead but more of an inconvenience than charging to the room. . . However when visiting friends on the island alone, the BMW taxi driven by Charlie and his associates was much appreciated,. I never once felt uncomfortable and enjoyed the chats re local life and the political landscape . On our last day I played some local folk music for the staff . It was great to see the genuine reaction of Tyler and Abigail . Abigail, next time I will give you a violin lesson! That is a promise! Checkout This was the one area that needs improvement. The bill was confusing and it would have helped to have things itemised. As a Cap Club member I get a discount and it was hard to tell when it was applied or not. I’ll suggest next time to apply the entire discount on checkout - and it was my fault for not thinking of this earlier. . Murcia and Kevin and others did their best to sort it out to be fair! but it marred our departure a little. So all in all a great stay. Thanks to Ross, Harvey, Robinson, Charlene and the whole Team. I look forward to returning next year!
