Our visit was the last stop on a 18 day adventure. The luxury of your hotel was a perfect transition from the nature experience of the previous 12 days or so.

Wonderful time all around - the staff were amazing and helpful, the room was so clean all the time and they turned down the room in the evening so it was perfect and peaceful when we got back. Location was great - not too far from waterfront but did need to uber ~15 minutes. Amazing!

We would like to express our gratitude to the Mount Nelson team for a most memorable stay at The Nellie. - Wellington was most welcoming when he checked us in and escorted us to our beautiful room view a view of Table Mountain and Lion's Head. - The whole afternoon tea experience was wonderful - the ambience, our very hospitable waiter (Craig), the beautiful teas, selection of delicious and pretty treats and the talented pianist. - We met Mr Jarryd Lind as he walked by during afternoon tea and thanked him for helping with the dining reservations. - Dinner at the Verandah was fabulous and Chef Brinelle who cooked my delicious curry came to our table to introduce herself - such a special touch. - We enjoyed the breakfasts at The Oasis - beautiful setting, buffet and menu of special dishes. - The Concierge team were always friendly and helpful. - All the staff we encountered were cheerful and happy in their respective roles. - We were very impressed that the hotel provides safe early morning and late evening transportation for its staff. - The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. - We even met Nellie, the resident cat. We enjoyed our sightseeing around Cape Town and only wished we stayed longer. We will back and would highly recommend The Nellie to our friends.

This hotel is befitting a King. Everything is beyond special. The grounds are stunning and the staff cant do enough for you. My wife and I felt like royalty. The Nellie is one of our favourite hotels in the world. Each time we stay we enjoy it even more than the last time which seems impossible !! Special mention to Adam Herbert and Chris who were always making sure our trip was perfect. We cant wait to return. Thanks so much to the fabulous staff/team at The Nellie.

We had a lovely stay at the Mount Nelson. Our room overlooked the pool and got beautiful sunlight in the mornings! We loved the morning breakfast and enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar in the evenings. The spa was beautiful and relaxing - I got a biologique recherche facial and my husband got a massage, we were both very happy with our services. The iconic pool is huge and was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing! Tchepo was very gracious giving us a detailed walk through the property and gardens, including sharing the history of the hotel. The check in service was prompt and friendly. We also appreciated that Molebz at the front desk asked for feedback on what could have been improved in our stay. All around we were thrilled with the hotel and everyone there.
