Beautiful hotel hiding really bad service. After booking my room, I received a very nice email confirming the details of my stay from "Kiley Wylie, that I now realize was an AI bot. I contacted him twice during my stay getting no response. I Was not given the room I booked, and upon check in, the front desk staff told me the hotel was fully booked and the only room they cold give was one overlooking a construction site. The food was horrible. I ordered room service on one of my five night stay. And, I am pretty sure I was served table scraps. When ordering dinner, I asked if it would be served on a dinning cart? The person that took the order replied, " No We Don't do that. You should should have a table in the room ". I did have a small table, bed side doubling as a night stand holding a lamp. The only other option was to dine in the bed, which I did. The burger was cold in the center, cheese was congealed and fries had probably been cooked and reheated at least four times. The Door men (probably young college guys) were great! I Will not choose this hotel on an upcoming visit to Indy. Beware! 5 Star room rates! Not accompanied by 5 star service, food or staff. Zach Gish took really good care of Me and my family. He had really good manners and gave us some really good tips on where to eat locally!

Everything was really top notch. From the front desk, the concierge, and bar. Everyone was so very helpful and on point. Was super impressed with the Valet guy Zach. He had us in and out the whole time we were there! Great restaurant recommendation too! -Sarah W

We stopped in for drinks with friends. We don’t typically valet park, but it was busy and cold so we decided to this time. The valet, Zach, was super friendly and funny - thanks Zach.

A beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was very attentive, especially Sanai our valet. We had the nicest time visiting the Christ Kindl Markt.
