Fairmont El San Juan Hotel

The hotel was beautiful and our rooms were great! We were with our daughter, her husband and our grandchildren! We rented a cabana every day and the staff who served us were the best!! Friendly, kind and very professional!! Of a special note Yadiel, Michael Mendez and Alondra Ortiz! We also want to recognize Katherine who cleaned our rooms and had the best personality plus did a great job of taking care of our rooms!!

I’m in Puerto Rico with my family for vacation and the Fairmont came highly recommended by Yosue Cordero. The hype is real! The hotel is beautiful through and through. We visited to enjoy a pool day and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the Luxe Cabana where we were able to relax and have snacks and our beverages in a seated area. The swim up pool was perfect and I love that we had direct access to the beach. I have to give a shoutout to the amazing staff that made this an experience one I can’t wait to come back for. Thank you all so much for your phenomenal hospitality Carlos Quiles, Jose "Chelo" ,Enwil Berrios, Luis Agosto, Efrain Rosas, and Carlos Garcias. I hope to see you all the next time I return to San Juan!

The Fairmont El san Juan had the island vibe we were looking for. We paid a little extra for a room with an ocean view. The room was quite nice, but the view was disappointing as it came with a great view of the ugly roof and air conditioning system of the nearby building. The bed was SOOO comfy and the room was nicely appointed. Another neg on the room was the shower enclosure which funneled water onto the bathroom floor repeatedly. Beyond our room, the hotel is a fun place and many of the staff go out of their way to provide great service. Access to the beach is a real selling point. Overall, I was satisfied with the place but it doesn't quite live up to the standard of other Fairmont properties I have visited.

I recently visited the Fairmont Hotel while searching for a venue for my son’s wedding, and I was truly impressed with the service and professionalism of banquet managers Marialis Serrano and Manuel Flores. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail during our visit. Manuel made the experience smooth & welcoming & truly stood out — his expertise & passion for events are unmatched. If you’re considering hosting an event at the Fairmont, Manuel is a must-see! He made us feel confident and excited about the possibilities for such an important occasion. Highly recommend working with both of them!

I want to speak about our Amazing Experience at The Meat Market in the Fairmont Hotel i Isla Verde PR. I want to acknowledge the excellent service we recieved on behalf of The Manager and Andrea and Lola who made sure we had an unforgettable experience on our Anniversary Dinner. They not only celebrated us with so many details free of charge as appetizer from the Chef 2 glasses of White Wine some fresh fruit and some baked bread from the house to go. Highly recommend the truffle mashed potatoes with the perfectly cooked and seasoned sea bass.
