My first time staying at a Four Seasons property and it definitely delivered. The hotel is beautiful with wonderful amenities, and it’s located by the water, Atlantic Ocean side. Too bad we were only there for a night, so I didn’t get to check out their spa nor use the pool. We did have dinner at Mint and breakfast at Bleu. Food and tea were really good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, from arrival to departure, even giving us bottled water for our drive to our next destination when we checked out. Special shout out to the dining staff who provided us excellent service, Hamza at dinner, and Youness and Ahmed at breakfast.

The staff went above and beyond. The property is stunning and amazing location. You will not be disappointed here

By far the best hotel experience I had for quite a long time. Might also be influenced by the fact I had been upgraded to a suite, but this was special. The view from the restaurant area & the balcony over the sea is great and the breakfast was excellent with great service.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was amazing, service excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed sitting on my balcony. The drivers, the concierge staff as well as the Reception and staff are bought the restaurants was amazing. The breakfast variety was good. I really enjoyed Moroccan tea in the evening and watching the sunset over the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel would come back. My only concern was the tour guide that they arranged it would be it would’ve been helpful to have somebody a bit more knowledgable. However, he was an external provider and spoke fluent English (which helped).

We stopped at the Four Seasons Casablanca hotel on a trip through Morocco in April 2024. The service at this hotel was one of the best if not the best of any hotel including many four seasons hotels we have stayed in the past. The team across the board was very attentive and we had one server for breakfast Mounir that went above and beyond to make sure our experience was special!
