Great service
Right in the center of all the action! We valeted our car with Mark who was always super helpful with restaurant recommendations and bringing our vehicle to us when heading to the USS Yorktown and home. We will be back just because of the service.

Disappointing
Very mediocre outdated hotel. Rooms had stains, carpet that had not been cleaned and very musty cramped space. Gym is so tiny with equipment that does not work (neither Peloton was usable.). Staff was not helpful-not unpleasant but not pleasant at all. Many other hotels in the area would be a better choice.

Will be returning again!
I stayed at The Emeline for a work trip and I had an exceptional stay. The rooms were clean, they have coffee available on the floor that I was staying on, as well as a coffee shop in the lobby. I also checked out Franny & the Fox, where I was stunned by the great menu items to choose from. Treasure took really good care of me throughout the duration of my stay. She went above and beyond.

Brendan and Ramona at the front desk were remarkable. I stayed at Emeline just for one night and moving to another hotel for the next 5 days. The hotel I was moving to was only a block away and had a car an in house car service for $20. I was unhappy that a 5 star property would charge their guest $20. Other 5 star properties I have stayed at such as the Ritz and St Regis have complimentary in house car services. I refused to pay $20 for the car service at this other hotel and prepared to walk the block with 2 pieces of luggage. I asked the front desk at checkout if Emeline had a car service. Brendan asked where I was travelling to see if he could arrange transportation. When I explained wheee I was going, he calmly looked up from the computer, smiled and said “I would be happy to drive you.” …. In his personal vehicle. I was taken aback as it was so unexpected. The care and sincerity of his gesture really turned my day around. Wow. Both Brendan and Ramona were exceptional. They truly care about their guests and it shows. I will return to Emeline again and recommend to anyone to stay at this property. The rooms were also well appointed, clean and lovely. Thank you Brendan and Ramona for your kindness.
