We didn’t want to leave!
This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room was nothing short of beauty and charm. The staff, from valet, concierge, and wait staff, made the stay even better. Our room was stunning and the bed was comfy. We parked our car and never had to move it due to the fact that everything was walking distance. We went on our anniversary trip and they accommodated that celebration. We didn’t want to leave. We definitely plan on going back in a cooler month, and Planters Inn will be our lodging.

One of the finest hotels we have visited.
This facility and the personnel are among the finest in the industry. The attentiveness and courtesy of the staff in both the hotel side and restaurant is above reproach. The facility is immaculate and so charming. We experienced an emergency at home during our stay and had to cut short our visit. Management stepped in and rushed our early checkout without without any penalty.

The best of both worlds in Charleston !
The Planter's Inn is perfect- a true Charleston experience offering the best of both yesterday and today! Historic elegance has been protected in this beautiful hotel, while all of the important things are new ( luxury bathrooms and beds, etc) We loved the location and walked everywhere in the historic district of Charleston - including the City Market which is right next door. Wonderful restaurant and bar attached to the Inn as well. I cannot recommend enough. We were celebrating our son's birthday and the staff made him feel very special throughout our stay.

Perfect Location, Wonderful Stay
Wonderful experience! I do recommend booking in the newer building as the rooms in the main building feel a bit stuffy. We moved roomers after the first night and absolutely loved the garden suite. The staff is outstanding! We particularly appreciated Jack Estes, our valet and bellman during multiple days of our stay. We will be back!

Fantastic Luxury experience in Charleston
The best experience you can get overall from arrival to departure, check in, rooms were amazing, got upgraded, we had kids so the extra space was great. Liam, Banks and Tristan were all graciously kind, made out trip to CHS so much better. The location is superb. We will be back.
