Service to a high level
We are touring china for 3 weeks All ritz carlton and st regis as we are ambassador level In chengdu , we got upgraded ro a huge gorgeous suite , but the nicest is the lounge The staff were the most friendly and helpful, really 12 points on 10 I am retiring soon , and would love to spend every year 3 to 6 months in this luxurious hotel By the way , if you compare to other ritz , this is very reasonable

Exceptional stay; must-try restaurant
We stayed as a family in two rooms. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located and staff is generally helpful. Shoutout to customer service manager Bruce, who helped address minor confusion at check-in (which was handled satisfactorily). Note that the Sichuanese restaurant is exceptional - both the food and the service (thank you Carol for helping us navigate the menu and organizing a delightful evening). I generally expect a lot from a hotel of this caliber, and between the quality stay and the fantastic dining experience, I would say the Ritz exceeded expectations.

Outstanding Hotel
After an exceptional stay at Ritz-Carlton Xi’an, we changed our original plans at another hotel and decided to continue the Ritz-Carlton experience at Chengdu. Francis Kuah, the manager in Xi’an, kindly coordinated everything with Bruce, the manager in Chengdu, making the transition seamless. From the moment we arrived, the reception floor was stunning, and every staff member we encountered greeted my family with genuine warmth. Bruce personally welcomed us, ensured our check-in was effortless, and made himself available throughout our stay to assist with anything we needed. Everything from the hotel’s prime location and beautifully appointed room to the outstanding service from every staff member and the delicious breakfast was truly 10/10! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and a heartfelt thank you goes to Bruce and the entire team for making our time in Chengdu so memorable.
