We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Ritz Chengdu with club access. The room was clean and comfortable, classic Ritz style with a beautiful city view. Club access was well worth it, serving a plethora of different foods and beverages. The highlights were the tea-fu and the lamb chops in the evening! Location was perfect for us, and they also have a complimentary shuttle to spots within the area on request. Robert went above and beyond to ensure we were being well taken care of, and helped us book tickets and make reservations for all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to go. Cannot recommend their concierge service enough, especially to foreigners! Will definitely be staying at the Ritz again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Hotel facilities, luxurious and elegant decoration, into the elegant style and modern design style as one, unique. The staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Lucas, who is so polite, enthusiastic and charming.I actually had a great time serviced by Lucas and thankful to all staffs.

We stay for 5 nights. Great stay and very large room assigned on the 41st floor. We check in very late past 11.30pm as our daily flight is an evening flight. Check in was a breeze though we had some problem with the hotel room card but was resolved easily the next day. The club lounge was awesome with the great variety of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff at the lounge are outstanding bunch (Stanley was extremely helpful). At the concierge desk, Evan was helpful with our panda ticket booking (recommended online reservations ) and restaurant reservations as being foreigners we do not have local payment access. He was my first point of contact before we arrived into China through email correspondence. Overall highly recommended stay and get the lounge access, though surrounding areas (within 1km) near the hotel lacks tourist activity. We did not venture out to eat much as we prefer the lounge food. 2 highly recommended restaurant is The Bridge and Yu Zhi Lan. Tip: download Alipay and link your credit card for easy e payment though there maybe a 3% surcharge for foreign credit card. Alternatively get a friend to transfer some local cash currency into the Alipay payment platform. To activate Alipay you need to download and enter your personal info. Worst case, Cash is acceptable at most places except the subway.

Beautiful hotel located in very convenient town center area, the service from the moment we walk in to the hotel until departure is awesome. Restaurant service and food are great, I like the Chinese restaurant (awarded as Michelin Selection Restaurant), the cuisine in the restaurant is fabulous with the authentic Cantonese cuisine flavor. Flair (the bar) is also very cozy with we enjoy our cocktail at the terrace. The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu did provide us an unforgettable moment when we stayed with them, kudos to the team for making our stayed great.
