I stayed almost 50 days in break journey. The best part of this hotel is the staff and personalized service render by them. Its aditi sen as guest relation officer at club lounge or Najuk a server at lounge, or Avhi, karthik, Ignatius, deependra, soham, keushna, vadivel at spice hut restaurant, or Security and hospitality team at ground floor where syed, isacc, jalal, vijay were every day greeting and carrying my load. All very good people and hyatt management should be proud of them. My only request to reception lounge please turn off all music after 10 pm. This is requirement of govt and guest. We want to sleep. As your hollow shape hotel echoes the sound its very disturbing. Still the staff is highlight and must stay for them only.

The rooms were very clean and the view from my room was spectacular. The pool was a great way to beat the heat annd the gym was well stocked. All the staff are friendly and professional. They were very accommodating during our stay. Ophelia, Jennifer, Boihti, Avhi, and Vinal were very nice.

What do I say when I get a family away from home who takes care of everything that I would need? Right from the reception to the restaurant and concierge, people are so customer friendly and genuine that other hotel chains could take a queue from them. Aditi Sen, that you got the warmth, pampering my kids on her birthday, and everything that you have done for us. You have been so approachable that I felt like I was close to my family. Heena, thanks for your warm welcome at the restaurant. Your candid conversation with us. I wish there are more like you we find when we visit places. Thanks Avi, at the restaurant you went out of your way to customise our choices and were always available when levers we needed anything. Mr. Prem at concierge, you were so helpful and kind. Thank you very much for all the help and support.

It's was a good service by karthick ,mukundh , abhi and the food was fabulous and I would recommend you guys to visit this place thank you guy's the food taste excellent and the ambience are amazing especially the live band it's also peaceful ,best way to spend time with your family great job especially karthik, mukundh and abi all the best!!
