Ace Hotel Chicago

The location of the hotel is great. The room was a good size, clean and although we were facing the street it was pretty quiet. We forgot toothpaste and the front desk was able to provide us with some. The rooftop bar was also great! Would definitely stay again.

Had not stayed here since it was the Ace Hotel, and the room aesthetics have not changed (minimalist, good use of space, sink outside bathroom, cool vibe). But what struck me as better was how friendly the service was - from check-in/out to housekeeping to staff in the bar, everyone seemed happy to see us. We had a fun night in the rooftop lounge, which was very happening on a Friday but we easily found table to sit at and got drinks quickly. A great place to stay to enjoy the bars and amazing restaurants in this great Chicago neighborhood.

The hotel exceeded expectations. All staff were great and the accommodations were top notch. We stayed with a wedding party and everything went well.

The hotel was decorated well. The room was very nice. We did appreciate the coffee and the tea and the housekeeping after our first night which was unexpected. There was a party though Saturday night down in the restaurant and we could hear it up in our room on the fifth floor around the corner. There must not be any insulation in the place.

From checkin to checkout service was amazing. Hotel was clean and in a good location. Special shout out to Justin for his attentiveness and great service.
