About the Hotel

Elegance without breaking the bank
There was gorgeously handcrafted architecture in this old Chicago club. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Location was ideal.

Physically assaulted in the hotel lobby.
I was physically assaulted in the lobby of this hotel. While security reviewed footage and were retroactively responsive, hotel management was less than helpful and did nothing to ensure continued physical safety. They sent some macaroons to the room…. Which doesn’t address the issue whatsoever.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel with an interesting theme and history. The wedding we attended was beautiful. Staff was courteous. We will definitely consider staying here for any future stays in Chicago

Friendly and fun
We loved our stay at the CAA Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful place, discos and immaculate room. Great views, fun vibes, yummy breakfast.

Charged for water despite being globalist.
Front desk said I would find complimentary bottled water in my room for my globalist elite benefits. But I was later charged $14, when I emailed, Hyatt simply responded that the water was not free.
