Excellent Service - Dated Rooms
The service is flawless — warm, attentive, and exactly what you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Its prime location just off the Magnificent Mile makes it perfect for exploring the best of Chicago. The bar is excellent, serving up expertly crafted cocktails in a relaxed, upscale setting. However, the rooms, pool, and spa are noticeably dated, still reflecting the hotel’s 1989 origins. While clean and functional, they lack the modern luxury found in newer properties. In sum: stellar service and location, but the hotel is overdue for a refresh.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. The luxurious amenities made us feel truly pampered, and the staff’s unwavering kindness and genuine care consistently made us feel valued and attended to. When you visit, don’t miss having breakfast at the Adorn Restaurant, and be sure to ask for Marguerita. She’s absolutely incredible!

Family Tagged Along for Work Trip
Stayed for a work conference and brought wife and daughters. The stay was fantastic, the staff took great care of my family while I worked. Will plan to be back in the future.

Lots of Special Touches
Amazing service from the moment I arrived. Doorman was very helpful, check in was a breeze and super friendly. Attended the WSJ Global Food Forum and the attention to detail at the conference was amazing. PERFECTLY set up breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was AMAZING. Loved the conference rooms, very comfortable and every seat had great viewing. Lastly loved my room and GRA (guest room attendant) whom while I never saw, did some SUPER SPECIAL unique touches, like putting a FS bookmark in my book on my bedside and putting a neat FS rubber band to tie up my curling iron cord. BOTH of which I will keep using.

Great hotel - really stepped up when the weather was HOT ! They didn't argue over water at the front desk and even gave us a cool towel after a particularly hot afternoon.
