Best Luxury Hotel in Chicago
The Four Seasons Chicago continues to impress with its facilities, service, and of course an amazing location. The remodeled gym, spa and pool are amazing. As a repeat guest, they know my preferences, and staying there is always such a pleasure. This last trip the bartender remembered my name and my favorite drink and they accommodated an early check in which is always appreciated.

Travel with a man with disabilities
We attended a family wedding weekend at the Four Seasons Chicago in August traveling with my 40 - year old autistic son. The hotel staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My son felt very welcome and we thoroughly appreciated all that the staff did to make our weekend a very special one.

Perfect experience.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it is magnificent, Rooms: Are perfect, always clean and feel fresh, the beds are so comfortable, the pillows are perfect. Room service: Perfect, it is always nice to come to the room at the end of the day and see sleepers ready to put on, ear plugs, and sleeping glasses, they even wrapped the power cables with their own "zip tie" and neatly placed. Staff: is always so courteous, Room service, cleaning service, front desk, chat, restaurant, valet, everyone. Food: is so delicious, I highly recommend their restaurant, room service is always prompt and the food delicious. Concierge: they helped us with transportation from the airport and to the airport, we got carried away with shopping and they arranged freight to ship it. Overall, its perfect and well worth it.

Best place to stay in Chicago
My family and I had a great experience staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago for the second year in a row. The staff was very helpful and friendly during the whole stay. The hotel is always very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We love where the hotel is located in the city. We are always able to walk to all of the major attractions and our favorite restaurants. We can't wait to for our trip here again next year!
