Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Chicago
Amazing experience!!
It was the first time that our family spent Christmas away from home. What we found in the Four Seasons Chicago was that we were treated like family in their home. The service was among the best I’ve seen throughout the world. The room was extremely well appointed. The amenities were particularly awesome. There was an amazing play room for the children. I want to particularly recognize the Concierge Desk. We were unable to get restaurant reservations ( same day) and they wiggled their nose and on Christmas Eve we were sitting at our preferred restaurant at our preferred time!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that this property did to stand out, but my best advice is to see for yourself. Stay at Four Seasons Chicago!

Amazing Family Vacation
Exceptional customer service, wonderful with our son. Cute little surprises for him during the trip. Everyone was kind and beyond helpful. Response times were quick either via the app or with a phone call. The room was gorgeous! Upgraded to a larger one bedroom room. Amazing views of lake Michigan (180 degree of the room!). Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect, lots of food and shops near by that we could easily walk to. Quiet hotel, despite a wedding there during the weekend. Was a little but of a splurge for hotel room, but 100% worth it and will stay here again in the future on any trip to Chicago.

Magical Holiday Weekend!
From Valet to check in and all the other staff our holiday magical weekend was amazing! The beautiful and very clean room and the incredible attention to detail by the staff was unforgettable. Location downtown was perfect for shopping and eating and I can't go without mentioning the amazing spa! The holiday decor made it even better and being able to enjoy the bells of the city so close to you and all the holiday activities. Thank you Four Seasons Chicago for making our holiday weekend so amazing we will for sure be back for all our overnight needs in the city!

A memorable experience for the whole family!
I have to say, I’m a loyal fan of the Four Seasons—and for good reason. They never fail to impress. My recent stay at the Four Seasons Chicago was especially memorable because I brought my family along to celebrate my nephew’s 17th birthday. We were all amazed by how Kristen Klus and her guest management team went above and beyond to make his birthday truly special. Their outstanding service really blew me away, so I've decided to return next weekend to celebrate my cousin’s birthday!
