Great first experience
This was the best hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. Starting from Checkin - Ariel was super helpful and made sure we got a room we were happy with and explained all of perks of staying at the Gwen as well as local restaurants and sightseeing recommendations. The room was very clean and well insulated. The bed was comfortable and room service was there daily to turn over the room.

Festive and Friendly Tipsy Tea
A friend and I attended the tipsy tea on a Sunday afternoon. Axel and Rin took great care of us! The vibe was lots of fun, with tiny hats and a DJ; the tea tower was very tasty; and endless cocktails and pots of tea were enjoyed by all. Definitely recommend!

The Gwen, perfect for a weekend getaway
The Gwen provided excellent service from start to finish. At check-in, Luigi could not have been more courteous and helpful. The bar supplied us with very good food and beverages while we waited for our room to be ready. Our concierge was super helpful with our transportation needs. The Gwen is perfectly located to allow walking to many favorite destinations.

The staff made my stay amazing. Luigi, Ariel, Ricardo, Boris, and Anthony did everything to accommodate all my needs. Ramon has one of the best personalities and his customer service skills are phenomenal. I wish I could borrow him to train my staff to mimic his excellence.

Your staff made my experience with the Gwen simply amazing . Luigi. Ariel, Ricardo, Raman , Boris ,and Anyhony. They all went above and beyond for my families service . Your team is very very professional and so polite . I will definitely be back soon . Once again thank you for everything . The house keeper Anna is super nice , she brought us wash clothes and towels when we needed extras. Thank you guys so much .
