Service goes the extra mile!
The hotel was very nice an it had a great gym, restaurants and very nice Junior Suite. I want to thank Roger at the front desk for his attention. I was in need to return my rental tux across the street to Men’s Warehouse which opens at 10 am. I had to leave at 7 am for a flight at 9:40 am. It was going to be impossible for me to be able to return my tux and leave the same day. So Roger offered to take it himself back to the store. He didn’t have to do it. But he went the extra mile. Thank you Roger!

Luigi was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive from the moment I arrived. Every interaction was handled with a warm, genuine smile, making me feel valued as a guest. Staff is outstanding
First and foremost, the location, the vibe and the entire hotel is perfect. Attention to details, music, bar, curling, the terrace is all above and beyond regular luxury collection hotels within the marriott family. And I must highlight the warm welcome from the moment we arrived by all The Gwen Team. The staff’s behaviors are amazing. they are positie, smiley, with a great attitude, very attentive, educated and they truly made sure to make feel very welcome. Special Thanks to Luigi at Front Desk and to the bellman Oliver. They convinced us already to come back, and we have barely stayed checked in 1 hour. amazing hotel

Nice getaway
Here quite a bit for business but have stayed here for personal trips as well. Always top notch service, have a good relationship with the staff. Herberth is great at the bar! Ramon and the concierge team always on top of everything you need! Highly recommend, excellent experience all around!!
