Hyatt Regency Chicago

Lovely hotel in downtown Chicago within walking distance to sights, shopping and restaurants. Large, clean rooms with comfy beds and linens. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. On-site restaurants and bars were great. We especially enjoyed the large lobby with spaces for our large family to gather. And the view from my room was spectacular! I would love to return to the Hyatt Regency Chicago!

Staying at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago was the best experience. The staff were very helpful and attentive to guests. Everyone was friendly. My hotel room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless! The pillows were awesome! The view of the lake was nice. I wanted to stay longer just to be at the hotel. The guys that hailed the Taxi were so professional!

Check-in experience was great! The room was clean, & the ice machine worked. We don’t ask for much! 🤣 Multiple places to dine inside the hotel and the location was perfect! If I ever return to Chicago I know for sure this is where I would stay! I do not remember their names but every employee was nothing less than very pleasant and ready to help.

Rooms are great, beds are comfy, showers are great, this hotel is A+ location and views. We picked a river view room and enjoyed the views at night as much as we did at sunrise. Breakfast was included and the servers were attentive and nice- thank you for a great experience!

Excellent location with an upgrade to Riverview suite and free breakfast. Breakfast was good with fruit, smoke salmon, omelette and continental breakfast buffet from 6-11am. It can be a brunch. It would be even nicer if there is a bit more daily variety for the buffet
