The Langham, Chicago

The Langham Hotel is a first class establishment. From the check-in to the room and amenities, you know you are going to have a wonderful experience. Marcus at the front desk made our stay so memorable. He was able to upgrade our room (without us asking) and we were so appreciative. The rooms are all spacious. My husband and I were able to get ready for a charity event we were attending without issue. The beds, towels and toiletries are all high quality. We did not use the spa amenities but I did go to the gym. The gym is large and has tons of equipment. It is clean and well maintained. Honestly, you cannot go wrong staying at the Langham. The only thing (I did not care) is the view from many of the rooms is not amazing. The location of the hotel is between some other buildings. However, the location of the hotel in proximity to shopping and dining is perfect. It is on the riverfront which offers a ton of options for restaurants and walking. You are just a couple blocks from Michigan Ave. and the shops at Northbridge. We really loved our experience!! Shout out to Marcus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated our wedding at The Langham last year, and Emily was the one who coordinated everything for us. She truly made the whole experience seamless and unforgettable. When we came back this year for our anniversary, she once again went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are outstanding. We are so grateful for Emily and the memories she helped create both times.

This hotel is beyond fabulous. From check in to check out, the service is impeccable. Highly trained, efficient, friendly staff. We stayed in a club level room, an executive king room. Gorgeous furniture, plenty of room. The bathroom has tub shower combo that I'm never a fan of, but worked in this situation. Chi hairdryer. The club lounge is exceptional. The staff is attentive and helpful. The layout is spacious with great seating and table combos. The food is some of the best we have had on a club level. The location is also great in River North. We have stayed at the Peninsula, Four Seasons, the Ritz, Park Hyatt, W and the Drake all in Chicago. This is by far the best of the best. We will never stay anywhere else.
