Park sleep fly so worth it
Park sleep and fly was so worth it! Can’t even believe the deal we got for this quality of hotel and our car will be covered in a garage until we return. Very similar cost to just parking and storing our car for the week but we have a 3 hour drive from home in Michigan so the option to stay the night before and shuttle easily to airport was well worth it!

Great service, excellent event space, comfortable rooms
At first, I was disappointed when I heard the conference was at an airport hotel, but Lowes quickly changed my mind about that. It's a very classy place with top-notch rooms. I was completely satisfied. They honored my request to switch from a king to a two queen room without being reminded. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet...I never heard any other guests when in my room. I had a lot of luggage, and the bell services staffer helped me with my bags all the way up to the top levels of the parking garage. It was a lovely event space with delicious breakfasts and lunch. I appreciated the gender neutral restrooms near the session rooms. I also felt it was a good price for the level of accommodation.

Good for an airport hotel. Below average for a Loews. Beds are comfortable. Linens are nice. Rooms are oddly appointed. Bathroom the most odd, imo. Lots of wear and tear. Airport shuttle only picks up and drops off from Terminal 2.

Parking Impossible
It’s really a shame that I needed to take 2 stars off due to this hotel’s parking situation. It appears they offer a stay and ride program due to proximity to O’Hare airport. This means hotel guest have an almost impossible mission to find a spot in their garage. I understand the need to increase revenue, but hotel guests lose out. Having to go up to the roof to find a couple of empty spaces is unacceptable. The hotel is lovely, to bad.

Great place to stay.
Great staff! Friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable, no issues. Noise was not a problem, although we were able to hear some fireworks in the evening from a concert nearby. No complaints. We ate at the restaurant and the service was good as was the food.
