Reviews for Nobu Hotel Chicago
Staff went above and beyond
Traveled with my 3 year old and 4 month old. Location is wonderful, right next to Levain bakery, Good Ambler and so many of my Chicago favorites. Room set up was great, love the floor to ceiling windows. They had a crib, and lovely little teddy bears for the girls. Amy in housekeeping is my daughter's new favorite person, she was so delightful. Even though the rooftop vibe leans more adults, Giselle, our server, was so engaged with my girls when we had an early dinner/snack. My 3 year old is already asking to go back!

Gino the bellhop and doorman made the difference between good and great.
I've traveled a lot over 50 years of business travel and the Nobu hotel was by far a great experience. The front desk staff was well trained and gracious, their rooms were wonderful, the automatic toilet was a little freaky when it opened and closed when I got near it, the pool was beautiful. The best part however was Gino the doorman who had helpful answers and information for everything we needed. He helped us with our bags upon arrival and departure. I love that guy! The only downfall was the retrieval of our car from their valet service at the end of our trip. We were waiting in front for the car to show up just to discover after 10 minutes that it was parked on the street on the other side of a giant pickup truck that we couldn't see it because the truck was blocking it We looked at the cars ahead of the pickup truck and the ones behind the pickup truck and it wasn't there. And the valet was standing there in his booth and never dawned on him to tell us the car was hidden by the truck. We also went to the happy hour on the 11th floor restaurant. It was a great experience.

Great place. Great location. Great people.
Great location to stay while visiting Chicago. Lots of things to do and good food to eat. Our pups enjoyed their stay as well! Guest services were very friendly and accommodating. Gino assisted us at the end of the stay getting everything to our cars with many suggestions for places to go while visiting the next time!

Luxurious getaway in the City
We had an amazing experience at the Nobu hotel. Service was top tier and the perfect spot for a staycation. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Gino was great & very helpful. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar. I will definitely be back soon. Very comfortable.
