Nobu Hotel Chicago

Derrick, Anthony and the entire NOBU staff did an amazing job from start to finish! They made sure that every detail of my wedding proposal went perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about the NOBU staff; Grateful for everyone we came in contact with on this special trip.

My wife and I got married on October 25, 2025 and booked our stay at Nobu for the day before, and the night after the wedding. We were very impressed at the service we received upon entering the hotel greeted right away and helped us with our bags up to our room. When we got into our room the breathtaking view of the skyline was amazing. I think my favorite part was the bathtub…. I wish I had this bathtub back at home it was amazing to soak in, and turn the lights down and have a relaxing bath while enjoying the views of the skyline. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar where they had a very delicious coconut N/A cocktail, and some sashimi and edamame. The vibe up there was perfect, they had a DJ spinning some tunes and everybody was having a great time. Our server asked us if we were celebrating anything, and we told him we were getting married tomorrow, and he came back with a strawberry Mochi dessert on the house! I thought that was so nice and cool! When we were checking out of the hotel and waiting for our Uber we were greeted by Gino and he asked where “home” was to us, and we explained we just got married and we actually lived in Chicago! It turns out Gino lived in the neighborhood next to us, and we had a great time exchanging restaurant recommendations, and even found out we had similar favorites. Loved the hospitality from not only Gino, but the whole crew at Nobu. It is definitely a place where I would go back instantly for a “staycation”. Thanks Nobu for making our wedding stay a memorable one. -Scotty

Gino was very helpful in making sure that my stay was as exciting and pleasant as it could be. His recommendations for restaurants, site seeing and mapping made our trip spectacular!

Overall experience was amazing! Mt wife and I really enjoyed our stay here this week. As a huge fan of all Nobu establishments this is our first time at one of your hotels. We will definitely be coming back. Everyone was extremely courteous. Anthony and James were extremely great to work with as well!

We truly had a very pleasant stay. The staff treated us very well from our arrival to our departure. Emily escorted us with open arms and a smile to our room, which had more than what we needed, and the pool was very relaxing and inviting (we spent over 2 hours there). In the afternoons and evenings, we enjoyed the surrounding area with its many food options and interesting places that Charlie at the front desk recommended for a coffee or a drink and every single time we left the hotel, Craig would greet us by name. We really enjoyed being in the Zen Suite with its views of the city and sunsets. The entire team worked together to make us feel like VIPs, and we will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity. Thank you, NOBU team!
