Heaven
First time visiting Nobu and it was hands down the best experience. Not only is the hotel absolutely gorgeous, the service and hospitality was out of this world. Gino was so wonderful to us, he gave us the all the insight into the city and lots of options curated our interests. Awesome place and we will be back!!

Minimalist design style, but maximum in excellence
An incredible experience - a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you so much to Gino for taking such lovely care of me and my heavy bag! Thank you to Anthony on the front desk for doing all he could to enable an early check in, and for helping me with use of the spa facilities whilst I waited. The room was so wonderfully designed and the bed so comfortable.

Modern, great location & service
We stayed at the Nobu hotel for my sister’s wedding. The rooms were big and modern. I loved the bathroom and fully glassed in shower that was like a steam room. We had excellent service. One of the door man, Gino, learned our names and room within a day and was always enthusiastically helpful. Overall, it was a lovely spot in a great location in the West Loop. Would stay again.
