Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel, top notch service. We rented the Nobu Villa and it was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Perfect for meeting up with our family for a holiday get-together. Special thanks to Gino and to Iryna for going above and beyond.

Our 24-hour stay at the Nobu Hotel was far more than a staycation — it was a rare, deeply meaningful pause during an especially full season of life. We planned this short escape just a few months after welcoming our fourth child. Like many new parents, we weren’t seeking extravagance as much as stillness, reconnection, and a moment to breathe. Nobu delivered all of that — and then quietly, beautifully exceeded it. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and intentional. Most notably, Emily Santiago from Concierge Services surprised us with an upgrade to a villa in honor of my wife’s birthday. It was completely unexpected and profoundly kind. In a season where parents often fade into logistics, this gesture made my wife feel genuinely celebrated and seen. The room itself was arranged with such care: elegant florals, chilled champagne waiting for us, and a sense that someone had truly prepared the space for us, not just for guests in general. These details immediately set the tone — calm, celebratory, and restorative. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was the bath prepared for the evening — a perfect invitation to unwind after months of newborn life and the pace of everyday demands. We ended up saving it for the next morning instead, using it as a quiet recovery ritual after birthday celebrations — an unhurried, grounding moment that felt like a gift to ourselves. We enjoyed the property so much that we canceled our evening dinner plans elsewhere and chose to stay in the hotel instead. Everything we needed was right there: comfort, privacy, and a sense of ease that made leaving feel unnecessary. That choice alone speaks volumes. Throughout our stay, service was seamless — attentive without intrusion, warm without pretense. Nobu’s approach to luxury is subtle and deeply human. It’s not about excess; it’s about care. We arrived tired. We left restored. Our sincere thanks to the entire Nobu team — and especially to Emily Santiago — for creating such a meaningful experience during an important chapter of our lives. My fiancée booked the most incredible experience for my birthday through Robert Prohaska and Aldo Rodriguez at Nobu Chicago. As an industry vet I was truly blown away by the extravagant service and quality of everything! Honestly remarkable. The night was magical, the Hotel was immaculate, and the service was impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
