Amazing Experience
From the moment I booked to the moment I checked out, I had such an incredible experience. Robert was very kind and prompt through email — he assisted me with upgrading my room. When I checked in, I was very frazzled because nothing was going right that day. Derrick immediately realized that and offered above-average help. He walked to my car to get all of my packages, and reassured me that everything was okay because I made it and now I could enjoy my night. He was truly special! Upon checkout, Gino was also very helpful and extremely thoughtful. He reminded me to check the room for jewelry and I remembered my earrings. It’s genuinely the little things that make a stay great and staff put it over the top for me. The room was impeccable. The rooftop bar was stunning. The drinks were amazing. Overall, this hotel is beyond accommodating. I am so glad we are locals so we can come back soon. Thank you, Nobu and staff!

Best hotel in Chicago
Derrick and all of the staff at Nobu were beyond excellent. My wife and I are foodies and mentioned it as we were getting shown into our room. Derrick wrote us out a handwritten list of his 20 favorite restaurants near by. The rooms, hotel ambiance and service are all incredible. Favorite hotel in Chicago.

Chicago VIP Transportation
We recently hired Mr. Frank Canar with "VIP TRANSPORT ELITE" for our family vacation in Chicago, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Navigating a busy, unfamiliar city with a family can often be the most stressful part of a trip, but he made it completely effortless. Mr. Canar was always early for pickups, and his vehicle was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Mr. Canar was extremely professional, polite, and offered wonderful local insights and recommendations for my family to enjoy. He truly went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable and well taken care of. I cannot recommend his services highly enough to anyone visiting Chicago. We will absolutely be booking him again on our next trip!
