Anthony,Anna,Derrick, and Gino are the best day and night doesn’t matter. Top notch, top quality, always attentive and always smiling. This is our second stay and we will be back for our third in December. You are paying for the quality but it doesn’t surpass them being personable. Whether it’s turn down service mini bar service or even the suggestions on where to go in the city. 5 stars every time.

We used Nobu’s car service to go to Soldier Field for Bruno Mars recently and had exceptional care! Getting out of Soldier Field is an absolute nightmare, however our driver calmly directed me perfectly to our meet-up spot. Then, when my somewhat elderly friend took a miserable fall, Frank the driver could not have been more caring. He even texted the next day to see how she was. Best thing I could have done was to have their car service for the event!

Fantastic hotel, amazing room with so much space for 3 of us. Great breakfast & perfect location. Lovely staff especially Derrick the bellman - thank you!

I’m staying here now and very disappointed. This is my second time here. When I checked in, I was looking forward to the cold towel and cup of tea they present you with. I got neither. Everyone else did so I don’t know why I wasn’t offered it. Instead, I got the news that my room was not ready even though I arrived at 3:50. Check-in is at 4 and I was told it would be ready soon. Fine, it’s not 4 yet. I’ll wait. Well, I had to wait almost an hour. Others are similarly waiting. While the manager came to talk to one couple and apologize, he didn’t talk to me. When my room was ready, the front desk person hurriedly handed me a key and apologized. It was really such a bizarre checkin and nothing like it was last year . Now I have to rush to get ready for a reception being held at this hotel (I’m here for a work conference) . I get that things happen, but the utter lack of communication (“we don’t know when you’re room will be ready”) and no management apology is just not what one would expect from a place like Nobu. It’s like my presence was an inconvenience to them.

Impressed right from the entrance of the lobby. Beautiful decor, lovely friendly team, and a feeling of being welcomed home. The room left me in awe! From deep warm colors, high ceilings, and an elegance I have never experienced. Beds are comfortable, the decor amazing yet simple, and I wish I could take the bathroom home. Derrick escorted us to the room and walked us around to demonstrate the various features of the room. Had dinner in the famous restaurant and could not imagine the MANY levels above others in tastes and presentation. Hard to put into words the feelings we were surrounded by and experiencing. Love it!
