Very nice boutique-sized hotel
Very nice hotel. Small, though cute and serviceable lobby. Well-appointed rooms. As other reviewers have reported, the lighting in the room could have been better, and the rumble from the elevated L train a half block away was noticeable, though not a deal-killer for me. I would think requesting a room on the south side of the building might solve that problem if you are a light sleeper (check with the hotel). The amenities in the room were first-rate and too numerous to mention here. The employees were very professional and responsive. The neighborhood is vibrant and walkable. Very comfortable boutique hotel. I would definitely return.

Awesome staff made a great stay better.
We chose to stay at the Nobu for New Year’s Eve. The fun and festivities on the rooftop were well worth the overall visit. But my note is about the exceptional service that we got from the front staff They were welcoming, professional, and made our stay better in every way, especially Ashley.

Had an amazing experience with our stay in Nobu! We have stayed before and every time the staff specially Gino makes us feel welcomed and taken of. He went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and ensured that we had everything we could possible need. We had a bad experience on the Chicago highway coming in and the staff were very helpful and turned the trip around for us immediately. Amazing experience!

Good hotel and great staff :)
The room was very cute! Loved the location as well!! Gino was also really helpful throughout our stay and always there if we needed help carrying things! The valet was also super helpful as we navigated a hit an run incident prior to being at the hotel. Love the staff and the hotel!
