Came to the city for a show at The Chicago Theatre. I had a comped room from my cc and I even got an upgrade to a corner king studio. It was a nice stay. It was very spacious l, lots of spectacular views and the bathroom had a huge window of the city,😎 My only quibble was that the internet was super slow.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was in a great spot to walk around, it was clean and the staff was great! Murielle at the front desk was so sweet and helpful to get around to places, check in a little early and even gave me some keepsakes to take home to my kids. The bellman, Dolopo was so sweet and very attentive every time I was coming and going. The bar was great! Overall great stay! Thank you all!

Terrible customer service experience. I booked a room for my brother and his wife for their babymoon and birthday celebration, with the reservation set for November 15th. She unexpectedly gave birth on the 14th and had to remain in the hospital for three days for observation. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation, but they refused to cancel the reservation because it fell outside their 24-hour cancellation window. I asked if they could offer a credit for future use — they declined. I then asked if we could move the reservation to a later date — they declined as well. Their position was strictly tied to policy, with no willingness to consider the circumstances or extend even the most basic level of empathy. The cancellation policy was treated as more important than supporting a genuine medical emergency. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. Traveler beware: this hotel offers no accommodation for unexpected situations and prioritizes revenue over customer service.

Did not leave up to expectations. Recommend other hotels at this price point. We thought that it would be something special but with very mice amenities, it felt like a cheap hotel service where customer satisfaction means very little.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic, walkable location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local spots. Our room was very clean, and the staff was consistently warm and helpful throughout our visit. We experienced significant noise in our first room, with loud thuds that made it difficult to rest. Once we reached out to the front desk, they promptly moved us to a higher floor, and the new room was excellent. We really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. We also tried the pre-selected brunch option with sample bites and drinks. While the food was tasty and the presentation was nice, at $75 per person, we felt there could have been a few more selections to choose from. Overall, a good experience with great service and an unbeatable location. I’d stay here again, especially now knowing which floors are quieter.
