Nice place for a stay in Chicago
Our stay at the Thompson Hotel during our destination Christmas in Chicago 2025 was pleasant. The staff was incredibly great and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable. A special mention goes to Myron, whose friendliness made a significant impact on our experience. He noticed me reading in the lobby and kindly offered me some water, a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, the service was wonderful, and we highly recommend the Thompson Hotel for anyone visiting Chicago.

60th Birthday!
I always love the vibe and atmosphere of Thompson Chicago. The Holiday decor was very nice, warm and inviting. I truly love eating, drinking and staying in the Gold Coast for my 3 days before Christmas birthday celebration. Everything, and I do mean everything is in walking distance. The rooms are very spacious with nice decor and very clean. Also, the staff is always very engaging, friendly and professional. The employee that truly stood out and went over and beyond my expectation to really make my 60th birthday stay exceptional, was Ahmad. Thank you Ahmad for your exceptional service and making my birthday a memorable one. :)

Great stay!
Our experience was fantastic. We were visiting Chicago for a concert at the Salt Shed. Highly attentive and welcoming staff and the room was clean. Room design and layout was excellent and made it easy to relax. We’ve stayed at several Thompson properties and they never disappoint
