Chicago trip
Excellent staff. Verdel who greets us at the entry into the hotel is so friendly. He has been there over the years that we have stayed at the Thompson. Rooms are comfy and clean. Plenty of dining options close by.

I’ve stayed at the Thompson twice this year. Ahmad has helped me with my room both times. He was helpful and informative. The rooms were both nice layouts. Bathrooms were nice

AMAZING BEAUTIFUL
I had wanted to go to hotel that would change how hotels operate. I seen the Thompson on line and fell in love with this beautiful yet Amazing Stylish hotel. My surprise was a surprise to my fiancé. We had gotten lost and called the Thompson were Lily & Shawn guided us safely to our destination. Their smiles made us feel welcome, which means alot when you come into such a beautiful place. The atmosphere was warm, and people were laughing and enjoying themselves throughout. The Thompson is my top ten exquisite places to come back to again, and again. Thanks Shawn & Lily, you guys ROCK !!!

I stay at the Thompson was phenomenal. I specifically want to call out Ahmad. He was the most respectful gentleman I’ve interacted with he cared about my stay and visit. He ensure that I had a great time. I would 10 out of 10 recommend alAhmad for leadership.
