First class in every way!
The Trump hotel has exceeded ALL expectations in every way! The building and amenities are first class and the staff is even better!! Right from the check in, I knew we were going to enjoy it here, as the young lady who helped us was really great. And Omair, our housemen is in a league of his own! He has repeatedly gone above and beyond by quickly accommodating our requests for extra towels, coffee, bringing bedding for our children for the pullout bed, and surprising them by setting up their room so nice with their stuffed animals and surprising them and providing them with kids robes to match our adult robes!! He was super kind and happy to help and we appreciate him immensely!! He’s a huge asset to this business! Thank you Omair!!

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, immaculate rooms, and close to it all. It’s expected Trump tower to be fantastic, but it has surpassed my expectations. The Trump Tower is top notch. With a diverse staff and guest, always a great place for connecting and conversation. Today I was treated to the best service and conversation I’ve had there; Joyan Coleman’s personality and professionalism made our visit perfect. Her warm and welcoming personality was icing on the cake of a day we had. Looking forward to another spectacular dinner there this upcoming week. Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was our houseman, Omair Yousuf (be sure to ask for him!). He went above and beyond with everything.
