Rising high over Michigan Avenue, Trump Hotel Chicago has few competitors. The building, which also houses condominiums, is the 16th tallest in the world and the fourth tallest in the United States. That equates to unbeatable views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline from hotel rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, glossy dark woods and cool Italian Bellino linens. Its location in the River North Gallery District puts guests within walking distance of dozens of art galleries, but the best dinner option is on the hotel’s 16th floor: Chef Thomas Lents’s two Michelin-starred restaurant Sixteen serves innovative seasonal fare in the shadow of the Wrigley Clock Tower.

The Trump Tower is top notch. With a diverse staff and guest, always a great place for connecting and conversation. Today I was treated to the best service and conversation I’ve had there; Joyan Coleman’s personality and professionalism made our visit perfect. Her warm and welcoming personality was icing on the cake of a day we had. Looking forward to another spectacular dinner there this upcoming week. Thank You Joyan, for being exceptional, kind and accommodating to our visit. “You are hired” :))

Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was our houseman, Omair Yousuf (be sure to ask for him!). He went above and beyond with everything. Anytime we had a need, he didn’t just meet it—he blew our expectations out of the water. Outstanding service and genuine care made all the difference

My daughter and I travel all over the world and, must say our experience at Trump Chicago was perfect and one of our most memorable times. Pablo and our stay gets 5 stars all day. Trump Hotels and staff defines hospitality.
