About the Hotel

Phenomenal
Our stay was very memorable. The level of hospitality in this hotel is phenomenal. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the amenities are amazing. Everyone we got in contact with was genuinely friendly and accommodating. This is our go to hotel for our special occasions.

Great family friendly option
Set aside your political affiliations/name associations - this hotel is a great stay for the family. We had the two bedroom suite and the amount of space we got for the price was unmatched. The customer service is also next level - from the champagne welcome to asking housekeeping for an extra blanket that turned into them making up the sofa bed for one of the kids so they could be more comfy while watching tv in the family room (shout out to Ziad Tufa who took customer service to the next level and was the absolute sweetest!), they really go above and beyond. The amenities are great too - large indoor pool, nice spa and great food options. Highly recommend.

WORST HOTEL IN THE UNIVERSE
Terrible spot. You feel like ICE is watching you in the room---they mock you when checking-in----make you feel like a low-class citizen----the clerk wanted me to change my name to Trump. This place was like being in Guantanamo Bay.

Outstanding atmosphere with impeccable service
The service was impeccable: attentive, gracious, and seamlessly coordinated. The staff anticipated every need and made us feel genuinely cared for, allowing us to be fully present and savor the night. The food was outstanding from start to finish, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a perfect finale to our wedding day!

Excellent service and free room upgrade!
Our stay at the Trump tower exceeded our expectations. We were greeted and offered champagne as soon as we walked in the door to check in. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room without us asking. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and very clean. We had a city view room and the view was great, but next time I’d probably go for the river view based on review pictures I’ve seen. Overall, a great stay and we didn’t want to leave.
