Great experience
Excellent experience. We first stayed 3 nights at a different hotel in Chicago which did not compare. We stayed 4 nights at the Trump. Rooms were amazing, so many details thought of. Staff was very friendly especially at the front desk, kind and genuine. The tall blonde male server at the restaurant 16 Terrace went above and beyond. My next stay in Chicago I will certainly return.

Alejandro treated my friend and I very nicely. On Easter Sunday we went to The Trump to experience wonderful mixology, architecture, and views of the Chicago skyline. Alej helped us on our way and was extremely kind and friendly as well. He made us feel welcome and like regulars even tho this is our first time in the 16th floor lounge. If I may say I believe a promotion is in order

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I chose Terrace 16 to celebrate a birthday, and it was the perfect setting for a special occasion. The views of the Chicago River and skyline made the entire experience feel elevated from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. The food and drinks were excellent and beautifully presented, adding to the overall experience. What truly stood out was the service. Alex’s service was beyond remarkable—attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the night. That level of hospitality really made the celebration memorable. I would definitely return for another special occasion.
