CHAD IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
I had the absolute BEST experience thanks to Chad at Virgin Hotel Chicago! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He remembered not only my name but also my dog’s, which made me feel so welcomed. Traveling solo from South Carolina for some much-needed me-time, I was blown away when Chad surprised me with the sweetest touches — a chilled bottle of Prosecco and the cutest cake. That small but thoughtful gesture meant the world and turned my trip into something unforgettable. Chad’s attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality made me feel like I was more than just a guest — I felt like family. If you’re staying at Virgin Hotel Chicago, you’re in amazing hands with him. Thank you, Chad, for making my stay so special! & the food was amazing!!

A Wonderful Stay Beyond Expectations!
Very nice place, friendly staff, and a clean room with a very original design. Great location. We were very happy — everything was above our expectations and a wonderful surprise. We can only strongly recommend it.

I expected more from a luxury, boutique hotel
If you're considering this hotel for the rooftop bar, don't. It's a club and it's not just for guests. Room was small and lacked decor. Bathroom door handle broke off during stay. TV UI was inoperable.

Great service
Our experience was great. We were in town for my sister’s bday. We were both born in Chicago and hadn’t been back in many years. DeAndre was so welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Would recommend!

Excellent hospitality and experience.
Went to Chicago to celebrate my 60th birthday with my two brothers. What an excellent experience. The hotel was very comfortable and close to absolutely everything I love to do. The riverwalk, downtown, night life, restaurants, and not to mention Wrigley Field and Soldier Field as I am a huge fan since I grew up on the north side of Chicago. Olga at the front desk was a huge help with all her recommendations on restaurants and gift shops, not to mention the daily friendly smile she greeted us with each day. I highly recommend this hotel.
