Virgin Met My Expectations
Virgin Hotels Chicago did not disappoint! The location is excellent—just one block from the train, which made getting from the airport very easy. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Our valet, Mr. DeAndre greeted us, stored our luggage while we explored, and later personally escorted us to our room. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small but very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The rooftop bar has a great vibe, and the food throughout the hotel was very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again. Tip: A $20 bus pass gives unlimited rides for a week—cheaper and more convenient than Uber.

I asked for a copy of my receipt to be emailed to me. when I didn't receive I called and the hotel has changed hands, now I cannot find anyone to send me my receipt.

Fun hotel in a great Loop location
Chose the Virgin in conjunction with American Express Hotel Collection and am glad I did. We loved the vibe of the hotel and it's energy. It's quirky for sure but the staff is so friendly and the experience so good. Enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs each morning and the restaurant was very good, too. Upgraded to a suite as part of the Amex deal and we really appreciated that! It's our fourth Virgin hotel...just a few more to go until they open more! Next time in Chicago, I will definitely be back.

EVERY worker here is full of happy and passion. They loved their job and welcoming every guest visiting here. I been to the other virgin hotel in vegas, and the consistency of the service quality is the same!
