We had a dinner at the serai restaurant. The pahadi chicken tikka was extremely tender and should be a must try here. Chef Anil Kumar was very courteous and explained how the food is meticulously made and how ingredients are sourced. My wife loved the paneer do pyaza she ordered. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at The Serai Chikkamagalur. Enjoyed every bit. The food too was delicious😋 Very good Hospitality. Sumant BR made our stay comfortable and an enjoyable one. The private pool was an added happiness. The support staff was very kind and helpful at all times. Thank you Team!!

It’s been a fantastic experience being at serai Chikamangalur. The hospitality is commendable and very courteous staff from the entrance. The odessey restaurant has very good food with spread of dishes. Anil the chef was very generous to visit each table and customise our food. Overall experience was excellent but would like to add a special mention to Naturalist Mr. Pradeep who gave us an excellent Coffee tour and bird-watching tour through the wilderness of Chikmagalur. He has a vast knowledge about various plants, birds and animals and was even kind enough to give us a few plant grafts to take back home. Would definitely recommend taking these tours with Mr. Pradeep and sampling the excellent coffee brews which he offers at the end of the tour. Thank you Mr. Pradeep!

The property is located on the foothills of Chikmagalur, a pristine and quiet place. What impressed us most was the maintenance of the property despite it being over a decade since inception. The Manager Mr. Wilfred and his team are doing an excellent job. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and perfect for a couple or family alike. The pool within the villa is also well maintained and routinely cleaned. Their staff are courteous and friendly. A special mention to Mr. Das (steward) for his heartwarming service. A truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We will surely visit again !
