We chose this hotel for our honeymoon & all we can say is ‘Wow!’ From the minute we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the hotel & grounds were & how amazing, attentive & friendly all the staff were, they just couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed for 1 week & travelled to other areas however the majority of the time we stayed in & around the hotel. The restaurants were fabulous, as were all the bar areas. The hotel ‘beach’ area also opened for the season so we were fortunate to spend time here, soaking up the atmosphere with a cocktail, overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano. As it was slightly cloudy on our last full day, we booked into the 5🌟 Spa at the Aria, the sister hotel. Again, what an amazing experience. The infinity pool was our favourite & the saunas were fabulous. There was also a snow room! Special shout out to Marco on the bar, who looked after us all week & was simply the best. Sandra & Julia were also fantastic. We can’t thank you enough for looking after us all week & making our stay here super special & one we will never forget. We will definitely be back 💕

a perfect stay thanks for your kindness we celebrated my husband's birthday, in the Gioia di vive restaurant we ate very well everything was perfect recommended if you want to recharge your batteries I recommend the pasta carbonara with fish, a true sensorial journey. Trust the chef, you won't regret it

Hotel was truly wonderful. The grounds and location are beautiful. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, and have great views of the lake. The staff made the vacation even more enjoyable. They treated us amazingly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Whether you plan to relax or be active, the resort offers numerous choices for either. Multiple restaurant options, but all are in the mid to higher end. Only down note was no option that we saw to buy cheaper snacks and drinks. They may have them available or at a store near by, but not that we noticed. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful. We also ate from the main restaurant both evenings and the food was good. Restaurant staff were also fantastic. Tip, if you’re not driving, take the bus from Lugano if you want a cheap option or call the resort to book you a taxi service. This will save you from paying almost double from the local taxi in Lugano.

Arrived mid April with sunny, semi warm and windy weather. The room was spacious with a balcony and great lake and surrounding mountain views. Food at the restaurants is a treat and staff is super happy and helpful. This also counts for the childclub. Kids loved to go there and they have a very individualizes program. Besides the gorgeous park they also have a skatepark, a tennis court and a beach volleyball field and a very nice beech at the lakefront. If you can try out the new Aria SPA. Amazing.

If you are vacationing with your family this is the place for you! This is the most family friendly hotel that we have ever visited anywhere. The staff went out of f their way to make our little girl feel welcome especially in the restaurant. Every day we discovered a new element of the hotel just made for children. I should also mention my wife had a wonderful spa treatment as well. World class stay at a remote Italian lake.
