Great location. Easy access to all we wanted to see---I had not been in Copenhagen for 60 years *as a poor student) so it was nice to be back with a credit card and time to explore. Very walkable to LOTS of sites. A small screw-up with whether I had been upgraded---(I got a call from someone at the hotel to my home in California the day before we arrived telling me we had been upgraded and told me the new room. I wrote it down and when we got to the hotel near midnight I was told that such a thing would not have happened---but they DID give us the ORIGINAL room that I had been told I was upgraded from! Oh well...at least we did have a room! All in all a great stay and I cannot imagine wanting to bother finding out if there is another place to stay on a future visit.

We came here just to see the awesome sunset but ended up having drinks and food at the Rooftop Bar and had the best time ever! Our server Ekaterina was amazing! She was super kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would highly recommend this place!

Only here for two nights but as soon as we arrived I liked the hotel. Seemed very clean and all the staff were happy to advise about trips and shopping. My friend and I stayed in a room that was very clean and spacious and we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant both nights as the seafood fettuccine was SO good. Would stay here again as not right in the centre but close enough to walk to all the sights, and easy to get to from the airport via the train: don't waste money on a cab, the train station is about a 2 min walk from the hotel.
