A terrible experience, indeed. When paying my check, our waiter asked for tip to be paid in cash. I declined and required a 10% to be added to my credit card charge. Usually, I'd have tipped him with a 15% but his service really sucked. He never offered any additional drink, not even coffee or dessert, which is rude at any restaurant, especially at a fine dining place like this. In Mexico, tip must be included in the final amount to be approved by your credit card bank. So, I said to add 10%, but he added 15% instead. I asked for a receipt only to prove to Management of this fraudulent and unacceptable behavior. Manager suggested a 5% reimbursement, which I declined as it's not the money that bothers me, but a clear fraudulent practice. Avoid this place!

We had an extraordinary weekend at the Anticavilla Hotel, which is very well located. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pool area and the garden, which are exceptional. The restaurant is excellent, and the waiters provided impeccable service. I highly recommend it as one of the best boutique hotels in Cuernavaca for enjoying a romantic and totally relaxing weekend.

I loved it. The breakfast was really amazing with a great coloured and well presented Mexican dish. The live Marimba is a plus, a traditional Mexican instrument with music from my country. The attention was simply outstanding! I will definitely come back on my next trip to Mexico.

Incredible boutique hotel. The pool was absolutely lovely very comfortable and so peaceful. The food was amazing, we had snacks by the pool, dinner and breakfast. The short rib was 10/10. We also had a mixology class which was such a fun experience with lots of delicious cocktails. Great customer service and a lovely big room. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was truly perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms had every detail and amenity you could want. We stayed in Clemente and the room was a nice size. The private terrace was the cherry on top! The service could not have been better. Everyone was so accommodating. I want to visit again!
