Beautiful hotel, very centrally located. Very nice atmosphere and architecture. Excellent breakfast and food/beverage service. Comfortable rooms, albeit that the bathrooms are too small for this level of hotel. Excellent service by all staff. Highly recommend to stay here.

Great location and beautiful hotel. Staff were attentive and prompt in service. Scheduled tour through the hotel and it was very informative. The free tour was interesting. If I make it back to Cusco, I’ll stay again. Thanks for a great experience.

I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco, Peru to stay at this hotel. It is definitely worth the price. The hotel itself is gorgeous and full of history and art. The food in the restaurant is delicious...especially the buffet breakfast in the morning. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. But, most of all, the staff are so kind, very professional, very helpful and willing to make your stay the best it can be. One particular staff member, Goyo, stood out for his kindness and care during our stay, especially when we needed oxygen because of the altitude. If I am ever in Peru again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. Not only is the physical location stunning and food amazing but the staff was without exception wonderful. I suffered from pretty bad altitude sickness for all of the 4 days I stayed there and required several oxygen treatments which were provided free of charge and at any hour of the day or night when needed. One of the staff who administered this treatment named Goyo was a treasure! He continued to check in with me whenever we crossed paths at the hotel and offered so assistance with our bags etc.

We had a magnificent one night’s stay at this beautiful boutique hotel that is a former museum. Wonderful touches in a welcoming environment. As an added benefit, it is a Marriott Bonvoy hotel with all the benefits. The food in the red was delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a Father’s Day brunch complete with a harp player. The staff is very friendly, helpful and rapidly responsive to requests. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Cusco!
