Waldir was such a great host! Helped out so much. Was struggling with altitude sickness, and Waldir made sure that I was comfortable. Super funny and gave a lot of great recommendations. Really cared to get to know us and catch up with us asking about our trips! Lovely stay, would come back

We had a really memorable stay at Palacio del Inka. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, and it truly feels like you’re staying somewhere special in Cusco. What stood out most to us was the people. We are so grateful to Lidia, who took such wonderful care of our family. She was incredibly kind and gentle with our kids and kept checking in on us, especially when one of them wasn’t feeling well. That level of care meant a lot. A big thank you as well to Victor from housekeeping, who set up the rollaway bed. The way he prepared the room made it feel extra comfortable and thoughtful for our family. The breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was better than we expected. The only small note is that the location is a bit tricky since it’s on a hill and not right in the center, but it’s just a quick Uber ride to get around. Overall, a warm and caring experience that we’ll remember.
