Great hotel with service that makes it all the better. Highlight of the stay was the pisco making class by Rodrigo, engaging and hilarious class.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Cusco. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the porter staff were curt and unhelpful. We were told at check-in that our room had been "upgraded". On entering the room we were told that the "upgraded" room did not have any air conditioning! We went to the pisco sour demonstration by Ricardo which was great fun. The food was good but the restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful. The coffee machine in our room did not work so a replacement had to be found. We had complimentary water which had a metal bottle cap but no bottle opener so we could not use the water.

This is the best hotel - top to bottom. Service was incredible. Very professional and friendly. Especially Willington who is a bellhop and Maira in the spa!! And of course the pisco sour class with Rodrigo.

This is a luxury hotel, rich in history, with 24-hour concierge service, most helpful, happy staff, best breakast buffet, chocolate on comfortable bed, tea at the reception area, museum quality art ðisplayed, and centrally located.
