Reviews for Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

Beautiful hotel

An absolutely amazing experience. The venue is beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive, and the breakfast is incredible. Shoutout to the baby alpaca wandering around the courtyard! Waldir took care of us so kindly — handling our possessions on multiple occasions when we were in a rush and making sure they were ready for us when we got back. The free pisco sour demonstration by Miguel was great — he was hilarious and informative. Free coca tea and muna tea in the lobby as well!

Fantastic hotel in Central Cusco!

The history, staff and luxury of the hotel were incredible. The staff was so caring about our health and comfort and paid attention to all the small details. The hotel is located in the heart of Cusco and made access to everything very easy. This is the place to stay in central Cusco!

Great accommodation in Cusco if you want a little more luxury!

We spend 2 nights in the hotel after a long trek. So we wanted the luxury and opportunity to relax. And we definitely got that! From start to finish we felt welcome and our every need was met by the lovely staff. Good value for money and an experience I would recommend. They go above and beyond :) The hotel also has a nice restaurant, a great spa and can help you with anything you need both at the reception and with the concierge. The placement is also super central and you can walk to most of the attractions around town. If you want a little extra, this is the place to go.

Excellent, well worth the money

Wonderful and cozy hotel. With all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The spa is fantastic and staff very professional and accommodating. Had a “tired legs” massage from Lus which was amazing. Breakfast is good with at large selection of continental and local cuisine.

Memorable Cusco Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The staff at Palacio Del Inka made our stay in Cusco a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. The property itself is beautiful and carefully maintained. Edward at the front desk provided perhaps the best service I have seen at a Marriott property. His quick and resourceful actions helped us to be more comfortable as we modified our original reservation. His empathetic demeanor and focus on caring for customers really stood out to us and really set the tone for the whole stay. The rooms and dining were particularly notable and were nothing short of outstanding. I can’t comment about the dining experience without mentioning Lind berg. He made sure our family had the best time in our multiple dining experiences at the property. We saw him tirelessly assist many other patrons as well. The property is special, but the staff make Palacio del Inka stand out amongst all the other options in Cusco.
