Beautiful property The good: The property was impressive. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The pool area was very nice. The restaurant had a great selection of drinks. The bad: Parking fees. There was an awful noise in the morning coming from the adjacent room. It appears to be plumbing vibrating when the next door room was using the shower. Very loud noise. Housekeeping could have been better.

From the front desk it was bad. The lady barely wasn’t talking clear and end up charging security deposit twice. Still trying to get it back.. the room had no windows. Very small. I would have never thought that $400 room can come with not a single window. All furniture outdated. Toilet is very noisy. Would wake everyone up if used at night. Cleaning service literally bangs in the door and walks right in. Expecting you to get out. Not a single person can speak English. The “resort” lot smaller than looks on the picture and closet at 5 on Sunday. Just very disappointed . Would never stayed again

Here for a business conference. My room was exceptional. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. With the art it feels at times like you’re walking through a museum. Nice touch. Decent workout facilities and pool. Only word of caution, be ready for the high cost of extras. A very simple room service breakfast of eggs & one slice of toast was almost $40. A bottle of iced tea from the market was $7 dollars and a turkey wrap $17. Even taking into consideration inflation these are pretty high price tags. As long as you know that going in, I highly recommend this hotel.

Give a 4. Hotel was very nice, you definitely pay the price. Parking price was too much considering the parking lot needs updating. The room and service were good. I am mostly disappointed in the prices at the water park. I don’t see how any just above average income earner can afford the food and drink prices at the pool/waterpark. If we stay here again, I will be prepared to bring my own food and drink.

Here for a business trip. My colleagues and I very much enjoyed the Jade Waters waterpark at the hotel. Clean and fun. The staff were very friendly. On Friday it was quite empty, and a bit more crowded on the weekend, but still found plenty of lounge chairs and room my the swim up bar and hot tub as well as the lazy river.
